Japan Destroyer Commander
JapanDestroyerCrossoverTorpedoes
Overview

Gunzō Chihaya is the captain of the submarine I-401 and leader of the Blue Steel Fleet in the anime and manga Arpeggio of Blue Steel. I-401 began as a vessel of the Fleet of Fog, the mysterious armada that drove humanity from the oceans, before it sided with the humans. Gunzō's aim is not to destroy the Fleet of Fog but to shake humanity out of the complacency that followed its defeat. He came to World of Warships Legends with the Arpeggio of Blue Steel collaboration as a destroyer commander.
