Owned ships/skins leave the drop pool; remaining duplicates pay out compensation

Any ship skin that you already own will be excluded from the possible drops for this container. If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new Stellar Clash Commander until you have all three Commanders available in the Stellar Container III. Once you have obtained all three Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Stellar Clash Commanders from the Stellar Container III.
