If you already own a ship that can drop from this container, this ship will be removed from the possible drops. You will always get a new pirate Commander until you have both available Commanders in the Treasure Chest '23 crate. Once you have obtained both Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate pirate Commanders. The guaranteed reward system applies to this container: if you don't receive La Foudre or Caprice after opening 29 Treasure Chest '23 crates, then you're guaranteed to receive La Foudre or Caprice in the next (30th) Treasure Chest '23 crate you open.
