Acceptance

By accessing or using GamingDiver (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you have an account.

What You May Do

You are welcome to browse, read, and reference the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our pages, and you may share screenshots or short quotations with attribution to GamingDiver. Search engines and social platforms may crawl public pages to index them and to render link previews.

No Automated Scraping or Data Harvesting

The Site's ship statistics, derived metrics, written analysis, datasets, and their presentation are the result of original research, decoding, and editorial work. To protect that work, the following are prohibited without our prior written permission:

• Using any bot, crawler, scraper, headless browser, or other automated means to extract, copy, harvest, index, or store Site content or data, except for legitimate search-engine and social-preview crawlers that respect robots.txt
• Bulk downloading, systematic collection, or mirroring of pages, data files, images, or API responses
• Reproducing, republishing, redistributing, or reselling our compiled datasets, derived statistics, stat models, rankings, or written analysis, in whole or in substantial part, on any other site or product
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with rate limits, access controls, bot mitigation, or any other security or usage measure
• Using Site content to train, fine-tune, or build a competing dataset, model, or service

We employ technical measures, including traffic fingerprinting, to detect copying. Accessing the Site constitutes your agreement to these restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The selection, arrangement, decoding, calculation, and expression of the data and analysis on the Site are original works owned by GamingDiver and protected by copyright and related rights. Nothing here grants you a license to those works beyond the personal use described above.

This work includes trademarks and copyrighted works that are the exclusive property of Wargaming. All rights reserved by Wargaming. The Site is unofficial and is not endorsed by Wargaming. Underlying game facts are not owned by GamingDiver; our compilation, derivation, and presentation of them are.

Accounts and Your Content

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you upload. Handling of uploads and stored data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your own data and may export or delete it as described there.

No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Game data is decoded and derived, and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date values. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and you use the information at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State.
