If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new Azur Lane Commander until you have all 5 Commanders available in the Azur Lane VII сrate. Once you have obtained all 5 Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Azur Lane Commanders from the Azur Lane VII crate. This container uses a guaranteed reward system. If you haven't received AL Ägir from your last 49 Azur Lane VII crates opened, then in the next Azur Lane VII crate you open, you are guaranteed to receive AL Ägir.
