Container rules (from WG)
If you already own a ship that can drop from this container, the ship will be removed from the possible drops. If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new Blue Archive Commander until you have all 5 Commanders available in the Blue Archive Container. Once you have obtained all 5 Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Blue Archive Commanders from the Blue Archive Container. This container uses a tiered guaranteed reward system. It works as follows: The first tier is BA Tirpitz. If you do not own BA Tirpitz, then you will receive her within your first 25 Blue Archive Containers opened. The second tier is BA Montana. After you own BA Tirpitz, you will receive BA Montana within the next 50 Blue Archive Containers you open. If you have any of these ships, then you skip their tier of the guaranteed reward system. Each time you receive a ship from this container, the guarantee counter resets. To receive both guaranteed ships from the Blue Archive Container, you will need to open 75 Blue Archive Containers at most. Please note: If you sell any of these ships before you receive them, you may need more than 75 Blue Archive Container to obtain them all. If you already own all the ships that the guaranteed reward system can drop (i.e., BA Tirpitz and BA Montana), then the guaranteed reward system will no longer apply.
