If you already own a ship, skin, or Commander guise that can drop from this container, that item will be removed from the possible drops. If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new one until you have all Commanders available in this container. Once you have obtained all these Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Commander from this container. All skins are Grade IV.
