Container rules (from WG)
If you already own a ship or skin that can drop from this container, that item will be removed from the possible drops. If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new Blue Archive Commander until you have all 8 Commanders available in the Blue Archive II container. Once you have obtained all 8 Commanders, you will receive Commendations for random duplicate Blue Archive Commanders from the Blue Archive II container. This container uses a tiered guaranteed reward system. It works as follows: The first tier is BA Binah. If you do not own BA Binah, then you will receive her within your first 20 Blue Archive II containers opened. The second tier is BA Tirpitz and BA Hovercraft. After you own BA Binah, you will receive either BA Tirpitz or BA Hovercraft within the next 25 Blue Archive II containers opened. The third tier is BA Utnapishtim's Ship. If you do not own BA Utnapishtim's Ship, then you will receive her within next 35 Blue Archive II containers opened. The fourth tier is BA Montana. If you do not own BA Montana, then you will receive her within next 50 Blue Archive II containers opened. If you have any of these ships, then you skip their tier of the guaranteed reward system. Each time you receive a ship from this container, the guarantee counter resets. To receive all guaranteed ships from the Blue Archive II container, you will need to open 155 Blue Archive II containers at most. Please note: If you sell any of these ships before you receive them, you may need more than 155 Blue Archive II containers to obtain them all. If you already own all the ships that the guaranteed reward system can drop, then the guaranteed reward system will no longer apply.
