Owned ships/skins leave the drop pool; remaining duplicates pay out compensation

If you already own a ship or skin that can drop from this container, that item will be removed from the possible drops. If you receive a Commander, you will always get a new one until you have all Commanders available in the container. Once you have obtained all these Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Commander from this container. All skins are Grade IV.
