Overview
Northern Dragon is a Pan-Asian premium destroyer whose official changes improved HE penetration/damage, AP arcs/penetration/damage, torpedo reload, and concealment. Play her as a stealthy hybrid destroyer that can pressure with both guns and torpedoes.
