You will always get a new Azur Lane Commander until you have all 31 available Commanders from the "Azur Lane Crate: Ultimate III." Once you have obtained all 31 Commanders, you will receive Personal Commendations for random duplicate Azur Lane Commanders. This container uses a guaranteed reward system. If you haven't received a Premium ship from your last 29 "Azur Lane Crate: Ultimate III" opened, then you are guaranteed to receive one of the Premium ships listed in the Content and Drop Rates section above in the next "Azur Lane Crate: Ultimate III" you open.
